My current role is strategic and includes full management and day to day coordination of internal and external creative teams, resources and budget allocation, as well as leveraging all marketing channels such as digital, ATL - television, radio, OOH advertising and BTL promotional events to create cohesive campaigns aligned with the brand's strategy.

With over 15 years in the design industry, I can easily say that I have been Design Unicorn and circled almost all possible design roles, different industries, projects, and products.

I hold a Master's degree
of Graphic Engineering and Design
from the Faculty of Technical Sciences, University of Novi Sad.

Starting from a classic Graphic design, working on branding, logos, prints, offline and digital campaigns, and visuals for social media and websites, over to gaining experience in Web design field, to UI/UX design where I find it super exciting to create products and services that are both accessible, easy to use and enjoyable for users eyes.

As a Creative Director I was involved in more than just taking care of design phase. I created a design strategy, project roadmap, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to design and develop intuitive, engaging, and visually stunning user experiences across company's digital marketplace.

My team leadership is not only to direct projects success but also to inspire and elevate the team, nurturing a culture of continuous learning and creative excellence. 

 

For years I specialized in many fields of design but also worked constantly towards gaining the new knowledge in different fields like marketing, psychology, human management, productivity, time management, etc.

​

I have an excellent knowledge of visual design principles and high proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Figma.

I'm a positive thinker with wanderlust.

I believe that traveling is ultimate source of brain food and creativity that translates into my work and plays an important part in my life.

Working as a full-time UI/UX designer I was involved in the entire design process of a Product - from idea, strategy, wireframing, visual design, and prototyping, to dev handoff, developing great time management, planning and organizing, as well as problem solving skills.
 

I'm proud of my clear communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, key stakeholders, and business partners in order to deliver both the user and the business needs using UX design best practices. Always ready to provide and open to receiving feedback.

I have experience working as a Creative team lead & Design Manager, helping, leading, and organizing a Design team to ensure they are on direction, schedule, and meeting creative standards. Also, I enjoy creating a strategy and design roadmaps to improve the design team processes.​​​​
